I see Wokingham Borough councillor Sarah Kerr has said she's opposed to an outline planning application for a site off Barkham Road (Wokingham Today, 2nd November). But, but, but.... isn't that 'predetermination'? Oh, wait, maybe it's OK to say she's opposed to it, if she's an opposition councillor? Er no, she's a Lib Dem. All right, maybe it's not predetermination as long as she doesn't sit on the Council Executive? Um no, I see she's a Council Executive member. Well, it must be OK because.....er, anyone know?

So Clive Jones can claim success in his support for the "Say NO to 4,500 houses at Hall Farm" because the latest news is we will be seeing a reduction of -750 houses to 3,750 houses. What do we think? Are you encouraged by this? (This number was revealed at a meeting today, 30th October 2023, between Carters Hill residents and WBC Planning Officers).
